3. Orders & Payment

Orders are processed once full payment has been successfully received.

Available payment methods may vary depending on the customer’s location.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check which payment options are available at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud, misuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.

4. Processing & Delivery

Processing time: 1–3 business days

Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)

Orders are shipped directly from our suppliers and fulfilment partners located in China.

Shipping delays may occur due to customs, logistics, peak seasons, or factors beyond our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify or change the delivery details.

5. Taxes, Import & Customs Fees

All prices displayed on our website include VAT/GST unless otherwise stated.

Any import VAT, customs duties, clearance fees, and additional taxes charged by the destination country are always the responsibility of the customer.

These costs will not be reimbursed by Ava & Lily Toronto. If a customer refuses to pay these charges and the parcel is returned, rejected, or destroyed by customs, no refund will be issued.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details regarding return eligibility, return shipping costs, and refunds.

Orders cannot be cancelled once the fulfilment process has begun, as items are immediately prepared for shipment.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage during shipping if the tracking information confirms that the parcel was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs, couriers, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, designs, logos, product descriptions, and branding — is the intellectual property of Ava & Lily Toronto and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

9. Complaints & Customer Support

Complaints or concerns must be submitted in writing via info@avaandlily-toronto.com.
We aim to respond within 5 business days.
