Returns Policy

At Ava & Lily Toronto, we aim to ensure that all customers are happy with their purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, our Returns Policy below explains the process clearly.


Conditions for Returns

  • A return request can only be submitted after you have physically received the parcel.

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping or customs fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Trying on the item is allowed, but wearing it is not permitted.

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is considered misuse and is not covered under our Returns Policy.

Please note: Sale items and discounted products may not be eligible for returns unless otherwise stated on the product page.


Return Process

  1. Submit your return request via info@avaandlily-toronto.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address of our logistics partner (located in China).

  3. Ship the item back to the provided address at your own expense, including any customs or postage fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Without tracking, we cannot confirm receipt of the returned item.


Refunds

  • After the returned item has been received and inspected at the return address, a refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.

  • If the item is not returned in its original condition or does not meet the return requirements, the refund may be refused or adjusted accordingly.


Liability

  • We are not responsible for returned parcels without proof of postage or tracking.

  • Once tracking confirms delivery to the return address provided, the parcel is considered received.

  • If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address during checkout, responsibility lies with the customer.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
